Dave Stuart is the founding member of Right On Time (Pty) Ltd and is currently a Director of this organization.
He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor having a National Higher Diploma from the University of Johannesburg, and is a corporate member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors as well as the Royal Institute of Construction Surveyors.
He is also a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa), a fellow of the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the AFSA General Commercial Panel.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the measurement and valuation of work for engineering, mining and construction contracts.
He also have extensive experience in the preparation, quantification and adjudication of contractual claims.
He has been appointed to act as arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and expert in various disputes.
In his spare time Dave enjoys playing squash and golf and enjoys game viewing and bird watching.

Kishan Ramjee is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor and Cost Engineer with a proven track record in the production of complex contracts and contract administration with over 20 years experience in Civil Engineering Construction, Building, Roads, Rails, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Infrastructure services.
He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and has a diploma in Project Management. He is registered with the Association of Quantity Surveyors and an associate member of the Association of South Africa Arbitrators (A ARB). He also successfully completed the Construction Engineering Management Programme (CMP) at Stellenbosch University.

Tim Msimanga is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying obtained in 1998 from Technikon Pretoria (now known as Tshwane University of Technology). He has a Diploma in Project Management obtained in 2002 with Damelin Education Group in association with University of Cambridge. In 2017, he obtained a certificate in Construction Engineering Management Programme (CMP) at the Stellenbosch University.
He affiliates with professional association bodies as a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (MAQS) and an associate member of the Association of Arbitrators South Africa (A ARB).

Louis le Grange obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the University of Pretoria in 2010 and has since been involved in the construction industry with added emphasis on roads, earthworks and civil contracts. For Right On Time, Louis fulfils the role of a planner where he is actively involved in day to day construction planning, progress updating, forensic analyses of delays and the quantification of extension of time and other claims.
Louis is comfortable with using software packages such as CCS and MS Project to great extent in order to monitor progress on construction sites and to analyse the effect of events or circumstances causing delays or disruption.
